Core Production Process
Aluminum nameplates are the most widely used metal identification labels, manufactured with high-quality aluminum alloy substrates and compatible with various surface treatments. Featuring light weight, strong malleability, corrosion resistance and high cost performance, they can achieve brushed, polished, anodized, printed, etched and color-filled effects. We support OEM & ODM customization with flexible sizes, logos, texts and patterns, widely used for electronics, mechanical equipment, smart home appliances, instruments, hardware and other products.
Cutting
Cut aluminum substrates by CNC cutting according to customer drawings to ensure precise dimensional tolerance. Custom shapes including square, round and special contours are available.
Basic Surface Treatment
Optional surface finishes: brushed, mirror polishing and matte finishing to remove burrs and create matte or glossy base appearance.
Coloring & Sealing
Fill etch recesses with wear-resistant ink or apply anodized coloring. Multi-layer protection prevents color fading.
Adhesive & Finishing
3M strong adhesive or foam tape optional. Mounting holes can be added. Products will be inspected carefully before packaging and delivery.
